These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of architext.design (the "Site") and any design services provided by Architext Design, a digital art and design studio registered at 1698 Temple Ave Unit 1, Lancaster, PA 17603, United States. By using the Site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Architext Design provides digital art and design services, including but not limited to illustration, brand and visual identity design, web and UI design, motion graphics, and print and packaging design. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement are defined in a written proposal or agreement provided before work begins.
Each service tier includes a defined number of structured revision rounds, as described on our Services page or in your project agreement. Requests that materially expand the original brief may be treated as a new scope of work and quoted separately.
Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership and usage rights to the final delivered artwork transfer to the client, except where a project agreement states otherwise. Architext Design retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project completion. Preliminary concepts, drafts, and unused directions remain the intellectual property of Architext Design unless separately licensed.
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, submitting false or misleading information through our contact form, or using the Site to transmit malicious code.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we take care to keep information on the Site accurate and current, we do not guarantee it is free of errors or omissions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Architext Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific project is limited to the amount paid by the client for that project.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
